Bistro Vendome is hiring a Line Cook!

Come cook amazing and innovative French food in one of Denver's best French Restaurants. We are located in Denver's Park Hill neighborhood, away from the congestion of Downtown with ample off street parking and close proximity to transit.     

This position is part time with the possibility to grow into a full time position as we enter into the busy months ahead. The ability to work Sunday evenings is a must. An additional 2-3 shifts are offered and we are flexible on the days and shift times to accommodate your schedule.

Our kitchen focus on sustainability, scratch cooking, and careful preparation. We strive to preserve and improve our food system at every opportunity. Our goal is to provide our guests with an exceptional experience. Our line cooks ensure that goal is met with the support of their team, and they are truly appreciated for the hard work that they do.   

Expectations: 
  • Work weeks are up to 5-day(s) per week. Days off may be split depending on circumstances or preference. Work days are 8 hours at a minimum. Must be able to work Sunday evenings. 
  • Applicants must understand food kitchen equipment safety and routine maintenance.
  • Must ensure proper tool handling and safety in the kitchen.
  • Applicants must operate professionally at all times.
  • Applicants should maintain focus on self-development.
